MEETING MINUTES FROM JANUARY 5, 2012
Registration discussed as being 1/24/12, 1/25/12, 1/30/12 with snow date of 1/31/12. From 6-8 pm in the Liberty El. school cafeteria. Games to begin on 4/10/12.

MEETING MINUTES FROM NOVEMBER 3, 2011
Jim reported the season is over. Frederick County is going over the rules for 8 and under and 10 and under teams. There will be a meeting on Monday, November 14.

MEETING MINUTES FROM OCTOBER 6, 2011
Jim reported they are in the middle of the season.  They play until the last weekend in October.

MEETING MINUTES FROM AUGUST 11, 2011
Jim reported that Mike Naill’s U-10 team came in 1st in the gold division. Kerina (Rutter) Ivey placed 2nd in the silver division. Congratulations to both! There will be a U-12 and U-10 team for the fall league. They will start the 1st Sunday after Labor Day.

MEETING MINUTES FROM JUNE 2, 2011
Jim reported the regular season is over. The U-10 will be in a round robin tournament, then enter a single elimination tournament. This weekend is the all-star games for Frederick County League. Next week are regular playoffs.

Jim reported the season has started. Some teams have rainouts to make up.

MEETING MINUTES FROM APRIL 7, 2011
Jim reported there is one U-8 team, 2 U-10 teams. Money was refunded to all who signed up for the U-12 team, as there was no coach.

MEETING MINUTES FROM MARCH 3, 2011
Jim reported that there is a U-8 team, with a coach; 2 U-10 teams, with coaches; and 1 U-12 team with no coach. Jim sent an email to the parents of the team asking for someone to step up and coach. Jim heard from someone in Woodsboro who has a couple of kids who may want to play and this parent may coach the team. Jim should hear by Saturday. Checks will be refunded on Sunday if there is no one to coach this team. There is a meeting on March 29 to go over the rules for the league and hand out schedules. Games start April 17.

MEETING MINUTES FROM FEBRUARY 3, 2011
We had 38 kids sign up. The softball league will stay in Frederick County.
