MINUTES FROM NOVEMBER 3, 2011
Joe Ganley reported the season is over. He thanked Jeff Thomas and Susan Sherrick for helping coach. Joe reported there will be no tournaments.

MINUTES FROM OCTOBER 6, 2011
Jim reported everything is going fine.  Team pictures are tonight. Jim will be ordering trophies.

MINUTES FROM AUGUST 11, 2011
Jim reported that there is U8 team and U10 team. Paperwork has been finalized and they will begin practice next week.

MINUTES FROM JUNE 2, 2011
Joe Ganley reported the season is over. Joe will send a flyer by email for fall sign ups. Joe reported the U-8 goals were bent at the beginning of the season and may not last. Jim thanked Joe for his outstanding job with the soccer program and Courtney added his appreciation.

Joe reported that everything is fine.

Joe reported there is one U-8 team and one U-10 team.

MINUTES FROM MARCH 3, 2011
Joe Ganley reported there is a U-8 and U-10 coed teams. He asked about the possibility of having sign ups 2 weeks earlier to allow time to form more teams. Joe reported that he had to turn away 4 parents for a U-8 team because there weren’t enough kids and thinks if there were more time, maybe a team could have been formed before he had to submit his teams to the league. Joe also reported that goal nets are needed.

MINUTES FROM FEBRUARY 3, 2011
Jim reported that there are enough kids to make up a U-8 team and a U-10 team. Refunds will be issued for the 2 kids who signed up for U12 and 1 who signed up for U14.
