MINUTES FROM JANUARY 5, 2012
Reported as running smoothly per Jim Stockman per Courtney Nash. The fact that it is getting close to the time of the "reshuffle" was mentioned.

MINUTES FROM NOVEMBER 3, 2011
Jim reported practices started this week. Jim has met with some coaches and will meet with the rest of them this coming week. There are 10 teams. There may be an 11th team, depending on if the students make the teams at Linganore. A coach is needed for a U-8 team. Their practices will start after Thanksgiving and their games start 1st weekend in January. The other teams will begin games the 1st weekend in December.

MINUTES FROM OCTOBER 6, 2011
Jim thanked Russ Gallagher for attending the September 6 meeting. Jim reported 90 kids signed up. Russ reported that the referee fees will be raised for next year; the fees will be waived for the younger age this year. Russ will be Deputy Basketball Commissioner under Jim and take over next year.

MINUTES FROM APRIL 7, 2011
Jim reported that 3 teams made it to
the semi-finals. One team placed 3rd and
2 teams placed 2nd.

MINUTES FROM MARCH 3, 2011
Jim reported the regular season is finished
and teams are now in playoffs. LRC will not be hosting the championship
games. Three LRC teams are still in the playoffs, 2 U-10 boys and
1 U-12 girls. Pictures and trophies have been given
to the coaches.

Jim reported that 7 games have been played.
LRC will host 2 weekends, the semifinals and the final game, which
will be the 1st Saturday in March. The referees are working out
fine. Pictures were taken last night (February 2).

Jim reported the 1st three games have
been played. Games will resume this weekend after holiday break.
The U-8 team will start this week. Pictures are scheduled for January
12 at the school beginning at 5:50 pm. There have been no problems
with the refs. Keycards are working fine.
