MEETING MINUTES FROM JANUARY 5, 2012
Registration discussed as being 1/24/12, 1/25/12, 1/30/12 with snow date of 1/31/12. From 6-8 pm in the Liberty El. school cafeteria. Games to begin on 4/10/12.

MEETING MINUTES FROM NOVEMBER 3, 2011
Jim reported the season is over for the 13/15 team. Mike Galcik reported his 10 and under team had a good season.

Jim reported the 13/15 team is going fine.

MEETING MINUTES FROM AUGUST 11, 2011
Jim reported that Richard & Dennis’ team in the rookie league in N.E. placed second. Congratulations to them! Jim thanked Mike Galcik for his help with N.E. There will be a 9/10 and 13/15 team for fall ball. They start after Labor Day.

MEETING MINUTES FROM JUNE 2, 2011
The end of the season playoffs are now underway for minors and rookies. The 13/15 are still playing until June 13 then enter into playoffs. The 16/18 are 7 games into their 18-game schedule.

MEETING MINUTES FROM MAY 5, 2011
Jim reported the season has started. Most teams have made up the rainouts. Jim got the schedule for the 16/18 group. They will play Sundays and Wednesdays, beginning May 15.

MEETING MINUTES FROM APRIL 7, 2011
Jim reported the season will start on Monday, April 11. Uniforms have been passed out. Brenda let Jim know that Jeff Roche would like to be a sponsor; Jim will contact him.

MEETING MINUTES FROM MARCH 3, 2011
There are 2 T-ball teams, 2 7/8, 1 9/10, 1 11/12, with coaches for each team. They will be playing in the Cal Ripken N.E. league. There is a 13/15 team that will be playing in the Frederick County Babe Ruth league. All games start April 7.

MEETING MINUTES FROM FEBRUARY 3, 2011
Jim reported the the N.E. representative for LRC will be a new person. There will be a N.E. meeting this Monday. We had 76 kids sign up.
